A graduate of Materials Science and Engineering conducted by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Cracow University of Technology. He completed his master's studies in 2014 defending the thesis titled "Temperature stability research of AA 1050 aluminum alloy after equal channel angular pressing".
In 2014, he began the PhD studies at the Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences. The subject of the work included the characterization of the microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum and its alloys subjected to extrusion via a matrix performing oscillatory motion (KoBo method). He completed the PhD studies in 2018.
Since 2016, he has been employed at the Light Metals Division of the Łukasiewicz Research Network - Institute of Non-Metallic Metals. At the beginning, he has been working as an engineering and technical specialist, from 2019 as an assistant professor, and from April 2020 as the chief specialist.
Current scientific interests focus on the characterization of light metals microstructure using advanced electron microscopy techniques and the study of the effect of microstructure on the properties of light metals.
He is the author or co-author of 12 scientific publications. He participated at numerous national and international conferences.
